Follow these instructions to set up your Microsoft 365 mailbox in the standard iOS Mail app

  1. Tap “Settings”
  2. Tap “Mail”
  3. Tap “Accounts”
  4. Tap “Add Account”
  5. Select “Microsoft Exchange”
  6. Enter your full Office 365 e-mail address
  7. Add description as “42nd Rotherham Scouts Email”
  8. Tap “Next”
  9. On the pop-up tap “Sign in” and then “Continue”
  10. Enter your password (On first sign-in you will be asked to choose a new password)
  11. Tap “Next”
  12. Wait a moment until your information has been verified
  • Select the services you want to synchronize with your iPhone or iPad and press Save
  • Open the Mail app on your phone to view your new e-mail account.
